i see you everyday asking questions why this, why that.

market does whatever it wants to do. there's no way to know what will happen next. all you can do is play probabilities.

why it went up? because there were more buyers than sellers.
why it went down? cuase more sellers than buyers.

what is 1.3 ? psych level. What does it mean? it means it is unlikely that it can be broken on the first attempt after not touching it for a long time, without fundies. Do we see strong fundies atm? not really. It kind of touched 1.30 to bounce up.

your question was 'why it did not break psych level 1.3.?' now think about it, your answer is in the question, because it is a psych level. try to answer yourself before asking others....
