You can't put natural philosophy and trading philosophy together.

The first one pursues the causality philosophy, the second one abhors both sentiment and causality.

As you can see, the monthly support rejected the price. Most traders trade by S/R lines, so my best and most educated guess is that there were a ton of pending orders there, and a lost of sell orders were cancelled, creting a rejection trend.

RES 3: $1.3292/1.3322 Interim highs 8 Mar, 9 Feb
RES 2: $1.3227/35 21, 100-day moving average
RES 1: $1.3157 5-day moving average

LATEST PRICE: $1.3065

SUP 1: $1.3052/56 Low 13 March, 50% of 2012 recovery
SUP 2: $1.2976/98 Low 16 Feb, Bollinger band
SUP 3: $1.2956 61.8% retracement of 2012 recovery,
SUP 4: $1.2830 76.4% retracement

COMMENTARY: The euro pulled back from an attempt to sustain a break of
the 21 and 100-day moving averages, which remain resistance at
$1.3227/35. This came with bear-divergence in the daily studies and
those studies remain weak, although the stochastic is edging into
oversold territory. This comes as bears explore $1.3056, which
represents 50% of the 2012 range, which may prove sticky. Sustained
break there risks the mid-Feb low of $1.2976
