Am looking for a short retrace here, and with those pending buy's @ around 50, I'm safe at 45, I guess. plus, it's a 20 pips SL. Won't die without 20 pips.

LE : SL to BE right now, so I'm perfectly safe.
Please, just slap me around if I'm being silly ...

as I mentioned you last time, news trading depends on how strong the impact is.. there for you have to follow live the review on bloomberg or fxnews sites.. forexfactory will give you only the numbers but not the pair direction..

also dont enter your trade on the first news spike! Mostly when a news action is done, the pair shoots in one side and comes again back and than gives a fake move or struggles little and than goes again on the same direction.. see chart.. always get your entry on second 5 min candle..

Hello I'm new trader, I earned today some good pips on 4h chart but i lost some pips on 5min chart, does anyone have decent strategy for scalping?

Yeah, well long in place, SL @ BE, trading for 13 hours in a row with 2 x 1hr breaks, I'm off to sleep. Don't wanna overtrade. TP still in place.

so in summary as i predicted 13 hours ago....i used EURO and JPY for ass wipe.

But what am i doing trading till now? should be asleep. traded past my time today bcos of that NEWS.. closing EU short in 3 hours alarm set. i'm out.

Equities should start reversing soon. Major resistance for the Dow at ~13146 area. Also, there is a potential inverted head and shoulders on the 5-min chart. Moved my SL to 1.3090.

Looks like price will bounce between the neckline and the 50% fib before any further drop.
