One other thing, if you wouldn't mind, when you post your results and TP1 hit etc., could you put whether the signal was on the 5min TF or the H1, I'm getting quite confused with your TPs

I saw that earlier, and I was confused then (but didn't have time really to go into it with a post) I was wondering what your settings are for the trendline etc in the matrix and the trendline on your chart because it all seems to be blue when you've gone in?

yes, that's why I have made that post, I was really confused why did I got a popup alert to sell when everything was blue, isin't supposed the alert to be triggerd only when everything is on one color as per Symphonie rules?

The seetings are

Trendline: cci period 20 and atr period 5 as per yelena rules

now I know what I probably did wrong, yelena only uses this settings to close a trade and not to go in the trade in h1, might this explain my chart?

what settings should I check on the Matrix? which ones are important?

Check the settings in 1.9 indicator, make sure they say 20,5 for the trendline settings and make sure you have 20,5 on the trendline thats on the chart and also the matrix. The reason I asked is, this is my matrix and trendline when I went into the trade today on the 1hr, I have for the trendline 20,5 and extreme 1,3,2 and as you can see they were red.

I do think she posted her new 1.9 template somewhere if you want to follow what she does.

I did made all those changes , my extrem indicator on the matrix is still different from yours, it is still all blue when yours was red some time, is there any other change besides 1,3,2 that you have done?

Edit - I think I found, your using 1,3,1 in the extreme and not 1,3,2 am I right?

Well guy's & gal's:

I made about 50 pips this morning N/Y session on the
5 minute eur/dol chart. Then I had to quit trading and
go to the dentist.

I use the "TDI" indicator instead of the stochastics.
It's what I was trained with and used to. If your interested
in it go to X-Man Super Simple System and download it
from page one. I like it...

With the "TDI" indicator you make your trade as the
green price line crosses through the yellow line. It
is just used as confirmation of the trade with "Symphonie".
It is a very good confirmation indicator.

Don't confuse TDI and stochastics Jack.....TDI doesn't do the same job as the stochastic indicator because it wasn't designed to. If it helps you to make pips, then that's great, but TDI and stochastic are two very different beasts

Yes, I agree with you...They are different indicators.
All I was saying is: I learned to trade with the TDI,
and feel comfortable using it. No big deal.

No, I use 1,3,2 as I posted. If you turn off autoscroll on your computer, then hold your page up button down on your keyboard, it will scroll back, make sure you have from at least last October on the chart, if not keep pressing your finger on page up until it downloads that far back.

hi olivia.. care to share how to set up the fibonacci retracement for the targets?? I set up the fibo expansion but using retracement seems easier.

The way I found I had to set it up was as follows, it gives me a target of roughly 1:1 or the second tp is at 1:2.

You could make it -1.0618 for tp1 etc but as I usually take a little off anyway I find it reaches these targets more often than not.
