Glad I've been sticking to the EUR/JPY for most of today - up and down in the same 50-pip channel like clockwork...

Does anyone here (long) look at a daily or 30-min chart? We broke the daily uptrend and there is a bullish flag on the 30-min / hourly chart. Not to mention RSI and MACD are bearish too. And don't even get me started on US equities needing a correction. I'd say there is an 80%-95% chance that we go lower.

hehe got to love them greeks, took sneaky long at 3104 while the battle went on and they save the day for quick scalp, i post a chart but im still trying to work out how to use ts2

It's all good and well if you can afford to keep a trade open for the long term. Knowing when to get out of the trade would be a problem but I guess you'd stay in that trade for as long as it takes for it to hit your TP right?
I can understand how you're playing this but it seems you're placing more impetuous on the upside for the long-term. As far as I can see, it will be a good while before reaching new highs. Setting sights on 1.29 then 1.25 before trend reversal. If you're just buying the 'dips' at key support areas, wouldn't it make sense to make some money on the way down instead since the fundamentals tell us that the Euro is currently over-valued and headed south?

Some 20 pips short of my long entries. I did well to sit on my hands though as I'd have entered manually and held on to them for no good reason and allowing it to hit SL's. Instead I'll wait to be triggered in, naturally when the time is right.
