I hope you are right as I have opened a position long at 1.33394. You have 1.4 pips advantage on me. My intention is to add should it start being positive with real evidence of a resumption of the medium term long trend. I do think that we will be seeing 1.36000 or possibly 1.37000 before the long term short trend starts to kick back in. According to Oanda 57.94% of their traders are short which bodes well for seeing higher highs. The problem today is that the figure was much higher before Bearded Ben suggested the QE3 might just be off the agenda and sent the pair hurdling short. .

That unless we can break resistance (red line), long term (roughly a few months) we are still in a down trend as defined by the channel. In the near term you may have some bullish swing (id expect to see some support at 1.32).

Long term like very long term? .. yeah i see it all seems perfectly clear on the weekly chart but beware the eur is here only few years so nobody today knows where it can go when the Eurozone gets out of this mess ..

you're using now isn't working either so
