What is the difference between the extreme spike and the symphonie extreme indicator? I see that you have both on your screenshot? Thank you.

In Uptrend,

D = C + (B-A) * N%

In Downtrend,

D = C - (A - B) * N%

Where, A,B,C are the three points of reference. N is the Fibo level (For example, 161.8). D is the Fibo Expansion.

The trendline is built into the matrix (20,5) and the signal arrow alert has no parameters, just put the indi on.

I think the trendline was updated to 30, 5 not 20,5 wasn't it? As far as the arrows, how am I to use the arrows? What is it's purpose? Confirmation, cross of, ect... ? That's what I meant. Sorry for all the questions. Thank you.

Evaluator uses 30,5, but yelena, realjumper and I use 20,5. We don't wait for the arrow usually but its good to see it when it comes, yelena pointed out it happens when the DPO indicator goes above or below 0. Here is some info on the DPO: http://forex-indicators.net/dpo-detr...ice-oscillator

Hi, the reason i have two at the moment, Comer had set up a newer one with his own settings and Alorente had found it to be more stable and repainted less. i'm simply checking them out for myself. i'm also running the previous Matrix's 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8 in a seperate chart. So far, they all seem to be much of the same, but Comer's extreme spike seems to be less effected with whipsaws and holds me to a position longer. Alorente liked that about his indicator for the method style he was using. I cant remember what page this was posted on, but i think it was around page 380. Please dont hold that to me. i'm still new around here so learning to find my own style of trading along the way.

Ps: this system of Eval is probably the best way to learn to enter, and exit positions that i have found, and i'm sorry i never found this before i blew a few live accounts. i have'nt blown one since i found this thread, and thats a huge 'thank you' to all who participate in here.

You should have taken number 4...When price action dropped 30 pippps you move the stoploss to 3 pip positive and wait on an extreme spike to close 1/2 your order. As to the disappearance of your signal; that is a new one and never had that problem before. You could have memory issues.

If you feel so strongly that these indikators are useless then maybe this is not the right system to suit your traing style and you need to continue your quest for the best system to meet your needs.

I use standard Bollinger Bands and I use them to help keep me grounded in price action movement direction and show possible change. I don't really ''use'' them again other than for a point of reference.

after 2 weeks of frustration and anger over myself i decided to ask you perhaps a very stupid question.

im not able to put the Symphonie Signal V1_7 on my tpl. if i try, i see it in the indi list of the timeframe but i dont see it visual written on screen (like hiding). 20-40 seconds later the broker collaps.

if i try to put the tpl from rj or yelena, i see it perfect even visual for about 10 - 20 seconds and the broker collaps???

it happens with fxpro and alpari, so the problem must be on my side. i checked all the indis and i have them all in, checked it several times.

anybody can help me?? sorry to bother you with this kind of stuff!!

It's impossible to know for sure without seeing your platform......but.....I agree with you, you have caused the problem somehow. Try and fix one broker first.....say.....fxpro. If I was you, I would watch this movie and take notes, it's only 5 minutes long. Now close FXPRO MT4 if it is open. Next, I would go to C:/program File/fxpro/templates and delete ALL the templates.....yes.....delete them all. The go to C:/program files/fxpro/experts/indicators and delete every indicator that you have ever added. If you can't remember which ones you added....delete them all.

Now go back and watch that movie again!!

Now add the template and the indicators I have attached.....making double sure that you place then in the correct location.

Start FXPro and tell us what happens.

EDIT: I forgot......you'll also need to download all the indicators from page 1 or else Matrix won't work. Be sure that you put them in the right place.
