i am flat, my EA holding 1 trade for last 5 hour, on Fridays i don't trade between 1:30 pm - 8 pm (to avoid addiction) , time to time i check pa and ff

Here's a 180 day 4H chart showing the standard deviation and error bands. We're right at the top of that long down channel.

This is to all the inexperience traders out there that are just beginning to trade.

STOP PICKING TOPs & BOTTOMs. Respect the market or the market will swallow you alive time and time again.

If you're looking to be long, DO NOT chase it, wait for some retracement if it does. Im not even thinking of going short. I will only think of going short if it does close below 1.31.
