and when the bearish divergence on this overbought rally comes at the time QE3 doesn't come Risk will tank. I just hope you are not overleveraged (less than 4:1 you should be fine).

I forgot to mention the most important part, the market has already priced in most of the Greece crisis, gfc part 2 blah blah.. All this doom and gloom, when everyone realises its not all that bad, it's gonna be a sharp ride up to the sky!

The market hasn't priced in any default from Europe. DJIA at 13,000 SP at 2011 highs. AUD just 300 pips of ALL time high.

The worst part for AUD is China, If China topples over AUD will get hammered. If copper exports fall AUD has nothing to fall back on easily. and demand for AUD will plummet. Frankly the only good thing for AUD is the high yield but that is a double edged sword as in time of trouble that is detrimental.

nice boost,but looks like week is starting with eur/gbp/aud/nzd getting stronger,to bad i dont feel like buying any of them at these levels.Sometimes its better to be on sidelines.

Closed my short position Friday night as I dont like holding over the weekend as you don't know what market moving developments will be announced, esp with the European situation going on etc.

Anyway, China's decision to cut the amount their banks must hold in reserves, therefore boosting lending capacity has spiked the AUD up near $1.08.

this thing will prolly just chug along until it reaches where it's going, I took 70 pips from kiwi, was long at the close of friday, wish I wiould have held it...hahaha, will look to enter kiwi if it does pullback at .8404, take it back long to .8500

Aussie on fire right now! close to 100 pips north of friday's close.
Gold has erased fridays loss.
