Wow....Pic for me Bro ? Wanna see..

TP at 1.30 hit now looking to see how strong this support is on eur/usd at the 50sma, aswell as that resistance is being hit on dollar index at the 50sma also.. Possible buy of euro if it holds on both if not reload the shorts!

I have NO IDEA which way it will go since there is many events Fundamental in front of us. I know one thing and that is if the Dow which is down 30 now goes down 100 or more EUR/USD will go down below 1.3000. The last place money will be placed now with Risk Off is in the Euro.

I start my analysis by noting the price level of the Asset Classes that I follow.

EUR/USD 1.2992
EUR/JPY 1.0230
USD/JPY 78.74

Gold is at $1,717.20 US Spot and is down.

Oil is down at $101.11 and All Europe is in the red.

The Yields on the 2 Year US Bonds is .27% and the 10 Year US Bond is at 1.92% with the spread at 165 Basis Points.

The Retail trade is now here in North America. They probably will see EUR/USD going up ? I will watch Price Action.

The first Important Data is at 8:30 AM and is jobless claims. I will be watching where the Dow Futures are between now and 9:30 AM EST when the MONEY FLOW will take over.

I myself have no idea which way it will go nor do I care to hazard a guess. For that reason I will sit on the fence there is a lot of high impact news coming out shortly and if they are anyway decent I'm sure we may see a little risk on..

I would like to think of the past few days sell off as a short term correction before resuming upwards, however I don't think this is fully the case as it has been a rumour filled market with a serious lack of direction. In my opinion its too low to short but too uncertain to long..


You'll notice i went long on the demo, thats simply an excercise to test how strong ma's are on the daily Tf. So far evidently not very strong!

Moody's warns of multiple bank downgrades. Moody's has said it could cut the credit ratings of 17 global banks and securities firms, due to funding issues, regulatory burdens and a more difficult operating environment. U.S.-listed banks under review include Bank of America (BAC), Citigroup (C), Goldman Sachs (GS), JPMorgan Chase (JPM), Morgan Stanley (MS) and Royal Bank of Canada (RY).
EU ratchets up the demands on Greece. Greece hopes that eurozone finance ministers will stop "playing with fire" and finally approve its bailout deal on Monday. However, while the country says it has met budget demands and provided political commitment to the bailout terms, the Troika reportedly wants to further emasculate the nation's sovereignty with a permanent presence in Greece and with the creation of an escrow account to ensure that rescue funds are used to pay the nation's debt.
Payroll tax cut extension set for votes in Congress. Democrats and Republicans last night agreed to extend the payroll tax cut until the end of the year, and while a few details still have to be resolved, the sides are hoping for full votes in the House and the Senate tomorrow. The accord will also renew expiring jobless benefits and prevent a pay cut for doctors of Medicare patients.
Wireless operators to benefit from payroll tax bill. The payroll tax cut bill that is due to go through Congress could prove to be a boon to cellular operators, as the measure contains provisions to auction off TV airwaves for wireless use. The CBO has estimated that the sale could raise $16B, some of which would be used to help pay for extending the tax relief.
CBS's net profit rises 31% but revenue slips. Higher fees from pay-TV systems and affiliate stations helped boost CBS's (CBS) Q4 net profit by 31% to $370M, but revenues slipped 3% to $3.78B and missed analyst forecasts. CBS's sales were hurt by a decline in advertising income, although CEO Leslie Moonves gave a rosy forecast, especially due to all those presidential campaign dollars to look forward to. Moonves also said CBS is in talks to produce a show for Netflix (NFLX).
Freeze in repossessions starting to thaw. Mortgage default notices rose by over 20% on year in several states in January, including Connecticut, Massachusetts and Florida, indicating that the 2011 freeze in repossessions - which was due to the robo-signings scandal - is beginning to thaw. And while the overall number of U.S. properties with foreclosure filings fell 19%, RealtyTrac expects repossession activity to increase in the coming months, especially following the recent $25B nationwide mortgage settlement.
Chinese antitrust authority reviews Google-Motorola deal. China's Anti-Monopoly Bureau is reviewing Google's (GOOG) $12.5B acquisition of Motorola (MMI) and has until March 20 to make a decision or begin a third phase of the process. While the review is supposedly routine, Beijing consultant Edward Yu said the sides could use it as an opportunity to work out how Google could fully return to doing business in China.
Nestle cautious on outlook despite profit growth. Nestle's (NSRGY.PK) 2011 net profit from continuing operations rose 8% to 9.49B Swiss francs ($10.22B), although the strong currency and divestitures helped cause a 10.1% on-year fall in revenue to 83.6B francs. Underlying sales increased 7.5% and beat consensus. The world's biggest food company warned that because of economic uncertainty, 2012 is unlikely to be any easier than previous years, and it expects underlying growth to return to its long term range 5%-6%.
Restructuring costs hit AMR's bottom line. AMR's (AAMRQ.PK) Q4 net loss widened to $1.1B from $97M a year earlier, hurt by $886M in costs linked to the airline's reorganization and other items. Revenue grew 7.4% to $6B. With AMR looking to cut 13,000 jobs to help save $1.25B in annual labor costs, unions have urged the carrier to offer incentives for voluntary exits.
China to buy $6B in soybeans from the U.S. American-Sino relations might not be the smoothest, but a Chinese trade delegation yesterday signed deals with U.S. grain companies such as Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and Bunge (BG) to buy 8.62M tons of soybeans. The mission is expected to close more deals today, which would bring the total orders to a record 12M tons and the value of the bookings to around $6B.
AIG finally buys back some of its old mortgage bonds. AIG (AIG), which last year failed in an attempt to buy back its former mortgage bonds, has managed to repurchase some of the paper from institutions and banks. The acquisitions are part of AIG increasing its holdings in these kinds of assets despite their role in the collapse of the insurer and the financial crisis.

The Yield on the 2 Year US Bonds is now .28% and the Yield on the 10 Year US Bonds is now 1.95% and MONEY is leaving the US Bonds with more leaving the 10 Year US Bonds as the Yield went from 1.92% to 1.95%

You can’t spell Farage with out “rage.” I can’t wait to hear what Mr. Farage will say when the Troika run Portugal into the ground and remove its sovereignty – because its coming soon. Portugal is next.

In other news, AAPL fell from its amazingly high perch today and dragged the entire US stock market down with it. Why you wonder? Because it is so heavily weighted in the indices. Has anyone told you that 90% of the recent rally has been do to AAPLs mega-rally? Probably not, since everyone is still selling Hopium.

Keep an eye on AAPL; if it drops, the ES will probably follow.
