I agree. We should see at least ~1.3055 and probably ~1.31 before making a new leg down. We might see 1.298 before we make the retracement though.

Sorry if I offended. I see 80 as a short term resistance (support for EUR/USD). We will break it though in the following days. We confirmed the end of the uptrend last Sun. evening / Mon. Morning (EST). And today's break of 1.3025 is a strong sell signal for the big boys. Anyways that's enough from me.

why is 3025 a level for the big boys? I had that level too, but there are no levels exclusively used by "big boys" they are all important, different timeframes maybe.

Yea last week doing my analysis I saw it aswell, and its at the point at where I want to buy right now but something tellin me to wait this one out.

Simple trend following. A trend is defined as a higher high and higher low (or vice verse in the case of a downtrend). If we fail to make a higher low, the trend is broken, pure and simple. If you look at a 4 hr chart, you see that 1.3026 was the most recent low. It was again reached Feb. 6th (Last Sunday/Monday). That marked the end of the uptrend. Usually, there is one final push up before the new trend starts.

The daily chart also confirms this as a lower high in the downtrend. Simplicity is often best. Once a trend fails to make a higher low or lower high, the trend is over.

Simple trend following can be applied to 5-min charts, to 30-min charts to daily charts. It works because it is simple and profitable. That is, from what I understand, what large firms do.

to be safe i set up 2 pending longs at 1.2940,

hopefully it might just hit the number before losing the bear steam.

Just took 2 quick pre-frankfurt scalps @ 1.30127 TP on 1/8 murrey line 1.30043 (piercing of the 3/8 line )

I think that it would take very sad news to make it fall further. Longs taken. TP somewhere around 3090.
