Have entered short because of:

-ascending triangle breached
-green line under red and yellow, at 50 and breaking volatility band
-multiple test of 1.3285 unsuccsessfull

p.s. experimenting with 30 min chart.

There is a potential SHORT trade developing now (8:53 GMT) on EURAUD - looking good...

Also took the trade. It did break out the channel, but other than that it looked good. Down a few pips.

Also took the long with the aud/chf, looked like a better setup. If I had to choose one wouldve chosen the aud/chf.

A few pips in the negative now, but will see how it develops

Friend of mine gave me one of these as payment for an introductory forex lesson - found it quite ironic to be paid in a discontinued, completely useless currency for a lesson, on, well, currencies! lol!

Anyhow, thought you guys might like it, so...

Hi X-Man, the reason you did not enter short on the second red candle where there is a TDI cross and the first red candle is a pullback, is it because the yellow MA is moving upward?

Is that why you did not take the pullback candle?

Also, i dont know if you mentioned this before. Are the green lines on your chart a support/ resistance indy?

The reason why i didnt take any trades yet is because if you look at my chart you will notice 2 horizontal green lines at the top of my chart, thats the range. The asian session created a support so it has to break that if i want to go short.
Ill take a trade when theres a break out of that range with momentum.

I know what the top 2 green lines represent. I was talking about the bottom 3. They cannot all be resistance.

I will wait for X-man. Fib Template does not sound accurate to me because he mentioned the top two lines were the Asian range today.

those green lines are just lines that i have put in manually to mark certain support and resistance areas. It was just to trade the bounces within that range.

but now i removed all those green horizontal lines and just kept the top 2 lines.
The fibb retracement is for PA if it decides to move down then i know places to set my TP
