Last night I lost 27 pips, symphonie matrix give an odd signal. Few hours ago I installed symphonie indies to my fiend laptop. There I notice my symphonie matrix did not detect the latest extreme peak. Took me 3 hours to sort out this problem, no matter what I do it didn't work so I need to install mt4 to a new folder and re-download all of symphonie indies. Lost my templates in the process, it just didn't show in templates folder but showed in the old mt4. I try copy it from load>templates>save and copy the files from there, but windows explorer told me there is no such file.

for example:

15 min timeframe
Extreme -red
Sentiment - red
Emotion - red
Trend - red

30 min timeframe
Emotion - red
Sentiment - red

That is a valid sell signal.
Dear Eval

A correct trade should be to have -in your example- red the 30 min indicators
and enter when all 15 min indicators turn red.
What do you do if you have red all the 15 min indis and THEN the 30 min indis become red?
Do you take this trade or skip it?

Its quite common that different computers or brokers will have different spikes, it has to do with the history you have loaded on the chart.

the settings in indicators are the default when we make download from post #1 ?
Because i already saw so many settings that i'm confuse.

In M5 when end candle bar, the v1.8 take about 2 minutos to update graph !

Someone know why this happen?

i hope everyone got into EU today? I have 1.7 signals in M5 charts.

i had a signal at 15:30 GMT, entered at 1.3147 and had just taken out at 1.3148, 101 pips! long day. tired eyes. going to sleep now.

Hey Yelena, What criteria are you using for exits, I mean how do you manage your exit?

im a newbie. i've asked that in this forum too. bernake was scheduled to speak so i was betting on what he would say. but before i even attempted to make that bet, i moved my SL to 10 pips above BE, at least i get to bag even 10 for my efforts in case of a big spike down.

for my style, it was the 2nd time the "stalks" crossed.

if it were any other, i'd exit soon as the stalks (not stachastics) crosses. the stalks are 2 Simple MA's based on an EA i found with : period 6, shift -2 and period 3, shift 2. as soon as 1 crosses (not touch) other, i'm out. trading only during Frankfurt to 12noon-ish EST

Could I kindly request a version of SymphonieMatrix in java language (JForex) for those who trade with Dukascopy? I know it's a big request and hard work, but it is difficult to operate on two platforms with different prices.

Why is it difficult to do? I don't trade on an MT4 platform, I just use MT4 demo account for the charting. I enter and exit on a different platform....it's no problem at all. And why would you see different prices??? I may see a 1 or 2 pip difference very occasionally, but that's no problem.

Nice going Yelena. That move after Bernanke has been running his mouth happened after I went to sleep, so I didn't see it at all. But I picked up +132 since Asian open until just before NY open.....all on small trades (apart from 1 trade at +53), and all on the M1 charts!!! M1 trading has been quite good during this choppy market, but you have to keep a close watch, like Noda San, because the action comes pretty quickly.

So we know M1 works and we already know M5 works. Eval has been successful on M15 as well......so there ought to be a time frame there to suit most of us.
