Look at the Dragon more closely. It had already started rolling over. The angle was not yet pronounced, but hey, with that whipsaw it wouldn't be.

We gotta see. High spread bar with big vol may not necessarily stopping vol..It could be a continuation symptom as well..

Yea, see what LO brings..

Good point. Looking at the ongoing volume/price senario, however, the highest trading is at the highs and coming off the highs. This is a pattern for shorting. But I'm not trading this now on the volume/price senario interpretation. I'll wait for the Wave, Dragon, Trend and yes, even the possible London session whipsaws, before considering any trade.

Yea, see what LO brings.., good advice as always, Master.

Market Comment:

Across the board the FO BBs are putting on anti-USD moves. These moves are on relatively high volume, but light volume overall. I interpret these moves as disengenuous, meaning the BBs are pushing prices so they have the advantage of switching positions ahead of the USD high impact releases coming; one today and one in two days and two in three days. Also, in two days there are high impact releases coming on EUR, GBP, CHF, etc. Something is up. Not necessarily because of these scheduled releases, but due to this sudden whipping of prices across the board at this particular time.

I have removed SLs from my trades due to this volatility, so all my trades are still running; red now, but we will see.

This is speculation. But I am the only one to get hurt if I am wrong.

Thanks for quick reply.
Problem solved. but before set correct number at DST server GMT offset.
I had to set Separators_On true to false. then set true later.
Otherwise just putting number at DST s GMT o doesn't make vLine anymove.

This is where volume creates confusion for me personally. Kindly Sonic can you highlight when it means continuation and when it can mean stopping volume. I had a good trade running on EUR USD and closed it too early seeing a big bar and big volume.
Can you kindly highlight any clues from your experience when to ignore volumes when in a trade.

In case the Master is busy at work, I'll take a stab at answering. I'm sure Sonic won't mind, and he can follow with his own reply also.

A tall volume bar can come at the beginning, middle area and end of a run. When a tall bar seems to be starting the price on a move, how do we know if that will be the only bar; beginning, middle and end all in one bar? If there comes two such bars, how do we know if the second is in the middle, or if it is the last?

The answers to these kinds of questions we do not have. There is no way of knowing, as it is happening. The Sonic R. System is based on Wave, Dragon, Trend and S&R. The past volume picture, however, can lend support or not, to a current setup. If you see good stopping volume at previous lows, then maybe a current long setup looks even better. Or if you see good stopping volume at previous highs, then maybe a current short setup looks even better. If you see a strong "starting" volume on a recent move up (maybe in the previous day) and since then price has ranged, but now is setting up for a long, then maybe that long setup looks even better, etc.

In other words, past volume sometimes supports a current setup, and sometimes does not. But volume is always only a secondary factor, and should not be used as the reason for a trade. Nor should a trade be discarded for lack of past volume support; things can change, and rapidly so. Supporting volume is a plus to the trade. The lack of it is not a minus to the trade.

There is no clear setup yet. If a setup does occur, it could be for a short trade, because that drive up had the heaviest trading activity at the highest prices. That is a sign of closing longs and/or shorting. Speculative, yes. And nobody know what is going to happen. But for now, there is no clear Sonic R. System setup.

So, we have two charts with opposing viewpoints. Either could turn out.

Not bad I must say,? Ur SL shouldn't be higher than previous swing low, 1.309x

Now chk out for TP at overhead PPZ zone..
