I have searched the code base and this site for a reliable Renko download, I have downloaded several but they do no appear to work. can somebody point me to a reliable download they know will work with MT4

Many thanks KennyForex, I have tried this but it will not load onto my chart, I must be doing something wrong but I do not know what. Ideally I am looking for Renko charts to load into the main price window rather than the indicator window.

1. Save this (indi) to your expert folder, not in the indicator folder. This is working like a EA but all it does is creating the offline chart of Renko boxes.
2. Open now a new m1 chart of the currency you like to use for your Renko ex: eurusd
3. Look at pic 1 it´s in Swedish but same boxes.
4. Now pic 2: RenkoBoxSize set it to what you like, now set Renko Time frame: this is what your ofline chart will be named, if you want to open more than one renko use different numbers, here it is set to 2 so your offline chart will be m2 this is not 2 minutes chart just the name of the offline chart showing renko boxes size of your chose.
5. Now go to pic 3 here it shows how to open a offline chart.
6. Pic 4 here you will find the M2 you created on step 4, just select and open it.
7. Pic 5 the m2 chart opens ready to use like all other charts.

Hi Passerby, i see lots of your posts also on the EUR/USD, i think you make good money with trading. As you posted your results i went to have a look at yesterday en looked up your trade on the EUR/USD from 18:10. In my charts i dont see a valid signal and the price is also different ?? What is your local time, and can you talk me through in this trade from 18:10 ?

Look at the stochastic indie in my attachment. When symphonie signal appear, the blue line just touching the oversold area when it pop out. And in the next candle the stoch when symphonie signal appear was well inside the overbought area(showed in the chart). If you notice closely stochastic indie like many also repaints, but most ppl just don't notice it.
And, yes I miss those 10+ pips scalp while typing this
, but I take long when it hit support and got 5 pips as consolidation price
. I use 1 3 2 setting in extreme indie for scalping.

PS: I closed the trade in the blue candle, just when the previous candle closed and formed a hammer (yes it was hammer not a pin bar). At that trade, I do not intended to scalp initially and use 1 3 3 setting for extreme indie. The PA which make it a scalp, I had my lesson not to trade against PA.
@amcm: If what you mean is symphonie signal, I use v1.7 on my trade. I only test v1.8 back then and decide not to use it, v1.7 run much faster on my old laptop. And I do not use it often, symphonie combi matrix suits me better.
@lhDT: Yes exit is easy, SL and exit is what make my head hurts at first.
@TinkyTrader: I am not a good trader, it just coincidence that recently my win/loss ratio is good thanks to syphonie matrix. I OFTEN revenge a trade and lost. When I have decent profit I OFTEN switch to gambling mode at S/R level and lost. I still have loads of bad trading habit which I already know but hard to avoid. I still learning how to trade, what makes me a bad trader is my habit. Look my attachment when I switch to gambling mode and take a revenge trade. When I'm in gambling mode I took a bigger lot size and often do a revenge trade when I lost, and I got 2 consecutive lost

Having already had great help from KennyForex I have managed to create an off line Renko chart. Is it possible to now make this off line chart on line? The smiley face is present in the top right corner of the chart to indicate the EA is working.
I notice that my EA is greyed out in the navigator section is it anything to do with this that prevents the chart updating in real time. This is my first experience with EA's. I have watched videos on YouTube but none have explained how to make an off line chart on line.
The box size on my chart is 1pt
My goal is to make a Renko chart to which I can add indicators and trade. I also wish to test Evals indicators on Renko.
Any help greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance.
