Just look for 1% profit a day, you will be amazed how quick it adds up and not difficult to do as long as you follow the trend, fib, ma, etc will bury you at end of the day

True. I tried that.

But my problem was, I was successfull for 5 sessions and the 6th session took all the pips i made.

Trying to figure out how to cut the bad trades.

To make 10Pips how much ur stop will be.

Thats where I got burned.

Any thoughts will be great.

will this have any impact on the opening of E/U....

The guy who submitted that story , didn't I read somewhere on this thread that he had 8/8 predictions wrong and was a very good contrarian. Poor guy probably has a short going and dug up that from his archives to rally support . Do you really think Merkel of all people would admit to such a thing even if it were true, meanwhile we have news of Greece edging closer to a deal, in the current headlines???

now I know why we have the 95%

if a trader spends most of their time mentally masturbating to $ signs how can they trade successfully and consistently? they cant. a professional sportsperson doesnt think about the trophy, do they?

ive spent 2 years on demo and the biggest breakthrough happened this week when I covered the dollar amount on mt4 when the trade was up

after that, managing the trade was like a game . in fact , when I moved my SL up around the NY open on the GBP-CHF and saw a fakey take me out it had no meaning - it was like ok where is the emotion

all that pain and sweat to realise it wasnt my system but me

As embarrassed as I am to say this , I do believe this can actually happen with a 50/50 chance, I say so because , about 8 years ago , when I first deposited a whole $400 as collateral to test if FX was for me or not, without having the slightest clue what I was doing , I somehow turned it into about $4600 in a couple of days, and obviously lost the lot in a couple of hours too.
If anything I would not be bragging about this achievement if I was you , it only stands to imply you are either a gambler or absolutely clueless about FX trading.

The Euro will survive or it won't. The natural market forces will determine that. It has nothing to do with hope, desire, or anything else. If it reaches parity, I would think it be hard for it to survive. But know one really knows. The expert ''...consensus..." is that it won't survive. But experts have been wrong before.

A 600 pip run up is simply obeying the technicals regardless the announcements, news, or whatever. To finish out the weekly trend line, it should go to 3350's (to my detriment). I hope to survive and than short as heavily as I can on it's way down to the bottom channel of around 2450 or so.

It's been a painful climb up--slow and arduous with very little volume. The big boys are right around the corner.

Who knows, reality might set in and if that happens, panic will ensue with major shorts. When the drop comes, it will be ugly.

I wish you well my friend, but you are playing with a 2-edged sword. I did the same thing and thought I was on to something until I lost it all. I got up to 17.5k. Consider your $2500 as tuition and when it's gone it is hoped that you will have learned something that no college could offer. Then you won't think of it as so much a loss but the cost of learning.

I remember the feeling. It was fun and yes, it was very awesome.

yep that TL was strong. 3270ish should be interesting area to watch.
I'd prefer a down gap on Monday to 3150 area for a long though.

Well I wont , at least not at present , as I have no Euro positions open, I closed my long E/J and E/U prematurely ,mostly because I bought into all the eurosceptic news feed bombardments.I am mostly trading on Gold now, which is to a certain level affected by this pair, but mostly its the USD strenght in general that concerns me.

An Example of Social engineering. Granting loans to those who didn't need . The Bankruptcy of Greece ..Tell that There bankrupt if the production of the all died after the accession to the European Union . Prospects of subsidies from the European Union !!???

LOL, no... no one will have to go to the kitchen, they like the way they trade and I like the way I trade, we both look to make money, the important thing that we SUCCEED in that!
