There were rumors about a DNT barrier at 1.32 and probably also worse than expected US data did it's job. Plus the bulls seem to be pretty blind at the moment anyway and every bad news has only very small effects.
IMO either the institutions are buying Euros on news us retailers are not exposed to or they are moving price for their own objectives.
