my respect opinion, I donīt think so,the trend upside was clearely, now it is retracing to 50% fibo and strong support, and also because "carry traders" are selling low yeld currencies and buying High yeld currencies. It was visible yesterday when was declared to keep Interest rate of USD 0,25% during 2013 and 2014.

This is called a gravestone doji, all we need is a long red boy tomorrow and we shall be seeing an evening star formation. And this will complete the reversal pattern, so I will half heartedly be looking for a selloff tomorrow.

Supports are around 1.3045 and 1.3000.. but i wouldn't jump in short now and wait for a support to be found and go long afterwards.

I drew a pricture that shows some important support levels and trendlines.

We all know that sooner or later there will be a lower high formed. It could be now or it could be later. However, I would never turn tide because of an SMA off the 15 min TF unless you are shooting for 10 or 15 pips.

I just do what the chart says. My chart said long. Was in at 3082(200MA 15min) and I hope to get way more than 15pips. We shall see.

If this is a retrace, it should hit the 3050 area (23.6% FR) to 2970 at (38.2% FR) to finally test the 50% retrace at around 2900.

If it breaks there, then there should be a major drop.

If we go for a lower high then you should get 50 or 60 pips but it seems early for that. But we shal see. I lost plenty of money early in my trading carreer because I shot for too many pips on the lower time frame. Not trying to tell you how to trade, just FYI. If I was to guess I would say we are testing the 3094 area we just broke.

I hope you do get it because my stop is way back at 3250, so we are good.
