I gotta said i'm lucky as hell !!!!!
I was at negative -100 PIPS on AUD/USD and EUR/USD combine...
It just drop couple of minutes, I got out of everything + 10 PIPS

have a strategy and trade it mechanically
do not trust in luck as it not always favor us.
try to take out emotions and set SL and TP and be happy with it. do not over trade (2-3 trades max). now is the time to stop trading. use higher time frames to trade as lower ones mostly whipsaw

If anyone feels your pain I do. Ive put my heart and soul into learning this stuff... passing on hanging out with the guys, listening to people say oh you can lose all your money in the market, Growing up ramen noodle poor and trying to change stuff for me and my family, to be the beacon of hope. IM speechless right now. (deep breath) my accounts not busted but ive lost all profits ive made last 2 months this week :... truth is i dont think i can walk away i put waaaaaayyyyy to much time and effort in this to give up and i hope you find the strength some how to do the same

Anyway...best thing I could do right now is wait for a retracement....2970 perhaps and then enter long there. It would be idiotic to enter long now. Forfeited pips is better than lost pips.

today you are lucky...one day you'll be burned if it goes like this..that 100 pips rally if reversed you'd be down -200 in couple of minutes. i was in this situation before. this market is hell. truth is truth.

I assume you then have some psychological "leaks". You should work on that. Feel free to contact me Losing your profits of two month within a week sounds weird.

One thing for sure, I didn't over leverage
I have my long on GPB/USD but i'm stupid ..

1.618 target is reached at 1.3100, in this process it also took our previous daily high at 1.3077.

Now we should expect a pullback in for the next two to three days

In this time 60 min charts, should form a corrective A-B C towards 1.2910 area which is also .382 retracement of the recent up move from 1.2600

In this process, we would have made higher low in the daily charts.

At this area 1.2910, wave 2 of the 4H charts should be completed.

Then it is headed towards 1.34 - 1.35 area... forming 4 hours wave 1,2,3,4,5.

I am looking to enter short at the very recent top at 1.3088 area, because this is a retracement , it should be painfully slow to get to 1.2910 area...

you need tight stops it is better to sell it from 3080 sl 1.3120 tp 1.29++
