I have traded this pair successfully in the past......since March 2009 in fact. But as I said, there is much better pairs to trade than this pair at the moment.

It's not a question that if you earn your daily bread with other pairs (I do too) that you can't deal in this pair.
Mostly I do the counter's with fast BE protection instead of following the trend and in that region there are imo clear chances atm around 76.60 forming a double bottom with the november lows and the accelerated decline of the Euro lately. If no go, i'ts a BE, hell of a rr at current prices imo.

You know me well enough to know that I will return to this pair when the trend turns.....and it will turn......but EZ and to a lesser extent USA, has to get their shit together first!!

fully agree for a trend-change.
Let it come fast because:

1. I'm getting a bid fed-up with those incapable politicians and the Euro-worries.
2. After concentrating on US'ses problems and after that Euro's problems it's time to concentrate on Yen problems.
3. I'm missing your views and contributions

Don't understand, why short it here, why not wait till after intervention ?

Talkng about intervention ... why do they wait till price is almost (or even below) prior intervention point. Talking about a waste of money !

I always thought there was some kind of strategy behind the prior failed interventions, i.e. get everyone to assume the BoJ's predictability and supposedly incompetence at devaluing their currency, and then catch the bears off guard when least expecting by surprising the market with some remarkable strategy .
I have come to a single conclusion , that I make a very lousy conspiracy theorist , they just fail and learn nothing from it so fail again and again.

I am not speculating intervention from Azumi.....nor am I remotely interested in it. As I have said.....I am not trading this pair at the moment, nor do I think it is a good pair to trade....as per my answer to the original question, that did NOT come from you, nor was directed at you.

I don't know what your problem is, I simply answered a question from another poster. Why is it such an issue for you?

Aw C'mon guys , this is a great pair to trade , in the time it takes you to make a 20 pip profit , you go from clean shave to a beard that would give a Viking a run for his money, how cool is that.
