assumming that we are still in a correction phase of the run down from 1.3076 to 1.2665 then so far the correction has made it to 38.2% 1.2817.

IF it continues to correct then the next targets would be 1.286x or 1.291x.

I dont think its ECB buying rather noobs selling earlier. We need some proper retests of 1.272-1.273 and away it will go. Down i mean. If it will make lower low right now without retesting these levels i mentioned, it will be a joke of a move. Monthly still shows about 700 pips of 'down fun' so this still has a long way to go.

I think the Euro ultimately goes to parity if not lower than the USD, but I think its moved to many handles to the downside to quick, another 7 pennies this month, wow, if that's possible.

true...also spain looking happier there. its decision day so easily ecb could do some interventions on the market. Last 4 days yields were falling. perhaps they are doing it silently and in little chunks.

on eur no real impact atm. still need some good news about reforms in greece, italy to move and protect the eur. EUnion loves cheap eur but they need it at lower levels at least 6M to make some difference in economy.

till we will have stories like unicredit delevereging will continue and there is no bright story ahead. selling all capital in the books mainly means - buying dollars and this will continue as capital req will rise. gold is one indy on that.

Its only a matter of time for a retrace BUT overall we have still some healthy potential for down.

for a bull we need Q3 and even lower rates from ECB.
