After three weeks of riding this bull down I have had enough.

Take my profit and go hunting somewhere else until it returns to the upper resistance line.

Today's reaction to the "positive" employment data is further proof that nobody is buying the bullshit hype of a "lower unemployment rate."

Yeah, a lower unemployment rate due to more and more people losing out on unemployment benefits and giving up the search for a job.

What a load of bullshit. Did Washington really expect investors to rally on this shit?

No one is THAT fucking stupid, and the continuing downward spiral is proof of that.

More importantly, unless Europe gets its shit together (which it won't), it won't even matter how much the USA does or doesn't improve, because the global ramifications from a failed euro would be catastrophic (except for those of us selling risk ... it's gonna be payday).

Sorry for being a noob, but, I thought positive news for the USD would have caused */USD pairs to go down, and USD/* pairs to go up. Which is what I'm seeing happened. Meaning the EUR/USD did what it was supposed to do, go down, cause the USD went up.

I think you missed the point. It can be a bit confusing. But the results are perfectly related to what happened, positive results will make the pair go down because it is the USD that gets stronger against the EURO. So whatever real the reports on employment are, the markets bought it and the result was today's price action.

Yup... There's no question that the usd will go up for the next couple of weeks.. Only question is where will the euro find some support? And where will the dollar find some resistance?
