It is hard to critique somebody elses money management. Provided they risk relatively small amounts relative to their total account, they have greatly extended their life expectancy as a trader. If they have an edge, then they will make money. If not, they will go broke slowly.

For fun, try out a formula (with your number cruncher) that risks 10% of the account based on account equity (not original balance). You can never lose your account but the potential to make it very small exists. If you have a significant edge, your account size will become enormous relatively quickly.

What I am more curious about is your entries. This is where you are going to make money.

If I were you I would also look at relative predictability between different instruments. I suggest you start with gold which displays all sorts of wonderful qualities. And even if you don't, I probably will spend the weekend pouring over gold charts. What a wonderful trading instrument.

Guys,

I just passed an important milestone... my first withdrawal from my account. I took out 40% of my original deposit and my account is still more than twice my original deposit.

Live and learn. Lets see what next week brings.

believe it or not u can use geometry for technical analysis

one of the reasons why i dont use BE stops or profit stops anymore. remember red i used to? so tahts why i just trade wave by wave when i can. but deteirmining the waves end is the hard part. why? again, i tend to go the opposite side at "the end" of the wave

i was hoping to get peer review and my idea ripped apart, Aaronward Suggested 10% but that would just mean up the leverage, the ranges are pretty much thought out based on statistical volatility and probabilities,

this MM is universal, leverage means leverage not lot numbers example

1,000 usd= 3000 units of currency= 3, 0.10 lots
5,000 usd= 15000 units of currency
20,000 usd= 60,000 units of currency
100,000 usd= 300,000 units of currency
and etc.....

yeah may be 95 % of the time happens ... so wait for a good entry is the key (..and I am trying developing this for myself) ...
