Hi, I have similar trend lines. How did you estimate the retracement (white line) to be under .2846?

From your chart it makes sense to go long, since its finding support at your trend line.
If you are really itching to go long, this would be the best time for two reasons:

1. It's at the lower end of the channel
2. The pair has moved by ~180, which is approximately the daily average

If you dare to go long make your SL tight like 30-50 pips below 1.2775

Disclosure: I am not going long anytime soon becasue I am a position trader going with the daily trend. My shorts from 1.35 are still open.

He lost his money. So when you are not sure what is happening and don't feell like take a gamble, just stay out. better than staying in.

Kk man. Didn't see the 41 earlier but I've learned how to follow through. I guess this thing is through dipping. The 1300GMT hour close @ 28124 was a bearish continuation pattern of the rising twos. The target was 2786 which has hit. Now my quotes say 2760 and 2745 for longs. I really hope this thing waits till tomorrow.

Ok, now it makes sense. I was confused because you used the word gamble, which I see as a negative motivation behind a profitable trade. I have the same trendline, together with some fib levels it doesn't look like gamble (to me). I'm still waiting for a stronger confirmation to do see which way to go.

I say it's gamble because people will try to catch a falling knife, which I think is 100% speculation. There is one thing i'm certain, I do not know where the prices are going, but wherever it goes I'm in for the ride, and right now the ride is going short.

a break above 1.2795 could bring it fastely to 1.2810 :-)
