Indeed, I should have closed trade 1 and left trade 2 running. I was going to, but then decided not to get greedy. If it pulls back, I might re-enter.
Edit: Re-entered short (EP= 0.9347). No TP or SL set yet.
nice master tah you should have caught 20+ more pips, eu looking for re-entry on this pullback, my chart still shouts long, but as per master hans, cycle is almost done, now keeping my horse back. master hans i need to know more about this cycle thing pls.

It only means that price returns to itīs origin - in this case where it dropped from.

):BTW, in my chart TP1 is not a strong support, so I would choose TP2.

I am with you, but with different SL level. Looking at 5 min TF volume, I found a strong support at 0.9329. Here is my version(already put some effort drawing, so I think it was a waste not to post it
When you muster up the courage, take more of those MA lines off your chart. We don't really even need the "Trend Line", but it is a "fixture" in the forex market, the accepted divider between bull and bear sentiment.
Now that PA has made 20+ pips, I've moved SL down to BE+ (+ spread) and have set FE 113% as the TP. I really don't think it will go that deep today, but one never knows. If this trade is still running tomorrow, perhaps TPs will need re-evaluation.

I still need those MA lines for my other trades, and it was there since the first time I trades. But, I will try to remember to hide those MA when I post in this thread. As for the UsdChf pair, I still expect some volatility just before US stock market close.
Trading FX for several days has been tiring for me, too much signal, too much pattern, too much opportunity, even 5 min charts still show some recognizable pattern (although with more noise). The transition is harsher than I think it would be. I wonder if anyone who never trades securities, trades in this environment.
Looking back several pages, it seems you trade well in FX market. If it is okay, I expect to learn from you and another experienced member in this thread. This is a nice thread

Passerby, I heard it said once that H4 in the forex market is like a Day chart in the stock market. And it is something like that, condensed cycles. And, it is an advantage; more opportunity thru the week. Moreover, there is no such ridiculous thing as "pre-market" and "after-market" to create chaos and gaps. Moreover, the stock market prime activity is essentially 9:30-10:00am EST and 3:30-4:00pm EST; not much time of full participation where you can get your feet under you and take a stand. Whereas the forex market is full participation at...

Stocks prices stop when the market closed, but information still flowing continuously. Take earnings report as example, if you used to trades in stocks market you will know that some company choose to release their report before market open, when market open, or after market open. This would move stock prices. If they report not at market hours and it was not as expected, this would create gaps when market open.
But, I must agree with you that big boys have their advantage towards retailers. They have access to pre-market and after-market, which retailers couldn't participate. Actually you could short sell stocks, just trades CFD instead of the plain vanilla. But, in CFD trading, there is an overnight fees (much like swap in FX market). The amount is significant, and stocks do not move like currencies do, sometimes you should wait weeks or even month to exit your position. In the other hands, the overnight fees will keep feeding on your potential profit. Another thing is, stocks tends to move faster upwards, so it not wise to take short position. Also, when you short stocks your maximum profit is the current price multiplied by the amount you short, as the minimum price is 0(if the company bankrupt). But if you takes long position, the is virtually no maximum profit as long as stock prices rise. For retailers it serve no good in shorting stocks.
Back to FX market
. I think, I should take it slower when trading in FX markets, as there is plenty opportunity available. If I miss one, I know that there will always be another in near future. I will choose wisely when I should jump in to the wagon. Maybe by became more selective and prudent, although the quantity of trades will be lower, the quantity would improve and the outcome would be be better.

There is something incredibly evil about a market that sells what does not exist, tons of it, for the exclusive purpose of forcing the price down on the real item! And the privilege to do this is reserved for the "Thieves of Wall Street". Do you think that does any good to encourage people to buy stock? And, where were/are the "protectors" of shareholders in this den of self-regulated thieves? Former SEC Chairman Cox? What a joke! (Now that he is gone, what with as many times as he turned his back on all the shenanegans being pulled, and did shit to carry out the responsibilities of his office, I bet he has some cushy job on the board of one of those thieving companies.)
Yeah, as you say, companies need money to expand and create good stuff,.......but not overseas, leaving Americans out of work! We should be shipping product overseas, and bring home the money to reward the company and its workers. We should not be sending jobs overseas, and the money to pay overseas workers to fill those jobs. Who does that benefit? American workers and their families....NO! Shareholders.....NO! I say, every patriotic American retail trader should immediately cease trading stocks, and every patriotic American worker/consumer should dump every last share of stocks owned, no matter where they are held. The repercussions would be exactly what the "Thieves of Wall Street" need to befall them. Then, maybe some of our lethargic and idiotic Senators and Congress "persons" would cut the puppet strings that tie them to do the bidding of the super wealthy, and become a little patriotic themselves, ......and legislate the end of "self-regulation" and the beginning of actual protection for traders and investors. Wouldn't hurt, either, to legislate something that mandates american companies operate their entire business inside the good ole United States of America, where ever that is possible.
I say, "Let's trade the forex market. Let's leave the 'Thieves of Wall Street' to end up just being able to screw each other". It couldn't happen to a better bunch of folks.
Oh, and about your comment on maybe medicine not being as effective as it is today.... Well, I guess you don't pay attention to the drug company TV adds, do you! Heck, they have to spend more time covering the bad things their crap might do to your body, than the good thing it might do! Yeah, you can try to aleviate that headache, but your tongue might swell up and choke you, or your heart might sieze up, ....but, you can die without that headache! And BTW, what business do the drug companies have advertising products to us? It used to be that Doctors could be relied upon to prescribe what was necessary. The drug companies are promoting drugs so we will tell Doctors what we want (whether we need it or not, just so long as we have come to believe we do). Do you realize the drug companies will spend fortunes to find something in nature that works, then synthesize it so they can make the average family go quickly broke using it? And all the while doing what they can to keep people from knowing what God, in nature, has freely given us!? Of course, more and more of their "stuff" is made overseas, as they shut down jobs here, and increase the CEO's "package". They are a nice bunch of folks too, aren't they.
