Looks like 1.2870- 75 is the major support from the weekly chart to the downside. On the daily, 1.2901 seems to be the next target (118% fib extension). ADR targets for the day, H = 1.3074, L = 1.2901. Hmmmm seems be a confluence around 1.2901. Let's see how the news goes. Bias is down currently for me. But, as we all know, the market does what it wants. Won't suprise me if London pushes up to the high and NY heads to the low target.

am wary of going short at the moment. every tom dick and harry now says short. it is around a key long term level. indicators pointing slightly up.

it usually has a habit of retracing a little bit

Well, I really do not think we have much power to visit upper level atm. Firstly I agree with you, that we could be on a trip down to 1,2873 as you said it. That is my plan anyway. Ill play it safe with SL.

Over aSSia the pair was in sleep mode as suspected there. aSSia rarely moves her in this kind of environment.

Up I have 1,3005 which played out nicely atm. A minor at 1,3016 and later on 1,3032 first which will show us the way. Of course 1,3080 then and 1,3162 later on. Pretty much still bearish myself.

If we talk about long run we could of course see the end of this cycle there. But, till nothing significant here, Ill just leave my bias to short. The week was great and let drown her as we speak.

Here is the same chart as yesterday. I have 1,2980/70 which are really the breakers here. If not broken the upper levels are valid.

Any idea where we can see what this is about. It has the potential to turn the trend if they can just dump bad debt. At least in the short run. Everyone will think all is well again. Question is, what is this fund and who owns it? EMF?
