Yes, that is correct, although may vary depending on which pair you are trading; however, you certainly are on the right path of learning - know your risk before entering a trade, accept the risk and take the loss if your stop is hit.

Use this before every trade, if your stop is less due to swing high or low, the position size will be larger, BUT your RISK will always remain the same - in Forex trading, that is all you can control, think about it!

Hi sifyrangarok
Fractals are highs and lows determined byt the preset number of bars. In this case, the common Bill Williams fractal is use. You look at the series of consecutive 5 price candles, for a fractal high, there must be 2 lower highs before the highest bar and 2 lower lows after the highest price bar.

Fractals can be use to identify support and resistance levels across different timeframes.

I think in this S3 system, it is useful to pin-point the highs and lows, look for the APB 'pullback' bar and also point to potential reversal during the opening of the market sessions.
For trading continuation, the typical 123 break of the fractals can be use for trade entry.

Here's a question that hasn't been brought up about the two most talked about subjects on this thread: pullback bars and time. I thought we had almost exhausted them and now here I have one (a slice of humbleness please; thank-you) Here it goes: At 0600 GMT when we start watching the market, if you see a pullback bar has formed will you trade it immediately according to rules of PA? This question is meant in general as a question of timeing. I know that usually you wait an hour to take a real good look at the market and which way its going. I also assume all other factors look fine. Other traders are also welcome to chime in on their opinions as well.

I assume you meant to say 50 SL and not target. Take your risk and SL and you get lot size.

I would like to ask you, and any other traders that make serious money, how you get on with your respective brokers? I assume you only leave a "working capital" with your broker rather than the whole lot. Does your broker make it difficult to access your money when we are talking such large sums? I need to find this out as I intend to be in your position sooner rather than later.

Personally yes i would trade it. I'm not the kind of trader that sits on the sidelines to see where the market will go or how the market will go.
If i see a signal i will jump in and trade it.
If i just watch the market then see it goes in my direction then all i end up with is saying if only i entered i wouldve made so many pips etc etc.
So i just enter and if it goes in my way ill be a happy trader , if it dont then ill just try again next time. I never ever let a losing trade get to me.

People use fractals for the fractal break. I dont think you will need that knowledge if you trading my system.
All i use it for is to see highs and lows. To see the waves better.
In the london session and the first hours of NY session, during that period this is where the high and the low of the day are formed. This happens most of the time

Just wanted to mention a thanks for all your hard work. I haven't really put enough time into trading over the last few weeks because of other commitments but have been keeping an eye on this thread. Keep up the good work!

If you're using the TDI as per big E in TMS at the open of the bar then this particular sim AFAIK won't be of use as you can only view one TF at a time and see the state at close of bar. You need to be able to see the TDi on the next bar at open, say 1 minute or 5 minutes in as the TDi updates on the open of the next bar.

2. Pullback like Pinbars . I saw that but i was very confuse because i'm using the classic pullback (see attachement)
Breakout - return and continuation = Pullback
3. AT the E.A.S.Y method i see that :
- Positive bar with long upper = " strong buy"
- negative bar with long upper = " strong sell"

Can eurcad and and audusd be a swing h4 trades? both had bounce in EMA60 and tdi has corssed... maybe a little late for entry but...
What yo think?

Yeah those look like nice setups and alil late on entry.
The PA is bouncing of the 60EMA and the Green TDI line brke the blue bands.

So I picked a random day when the EU had a strong downward move in the rectangle. Not because the EU had a huge move, but how To determine when to get in or what would you look at x-man? A break of consolidation? The TDI as we can see is in a craptastic behavior? There must be something else that PA tells us. Perhaps the tops?

Your insights would be greatly appreciated? Sometimes price behaves like this for two or three days moving straight in one direction and I have a hard time figuring out what to look at since TDI seems worthless at this point (for me now it is helpful as a final confirmation)

H. Mary: from your chart looking like there obviously is a downtrend established as we see PA safely underneath the MA, I would wait for the blue retraction candles that step on the MA and trade the resumption of the original downtrend, as in sell the tops.
What I do when the TDI is all atwist is mimic it by using a CCI 6 with a zero line the cross of which is like a TDI cross.

IF You look at the dotted green line which is 12am EST (midnight) There was no down trend established at all. PA was looking exactly the same as it was the previous day. So There has to be something to to give me a clue that I should go short not long with the blue pin bar.

This is at its most successful, a trend following system I can't imagine why you were expecting clear signals at 00:00 EST; as you can see a couple of hours later price starts to reveal itself.
