I've got a method, which gives me a head start I guess a good basis to trade off, but it all comes down to experience to make it work and adapt to changing market conditions, a single system which just works and works well enough to use long term I also don't believe in.

i am very happy today finaly (after last bug fix) , my EA made 2 successfull trading, still have few known bug. will leard trading system and implement it in my Next EA.

Please see the PDF document on an old famous trading system used by the turtles. They have since updated their rules. I don't use it but it's a good read and may help as a guide.

I'm still development my style after 4 years, 10,000 hours and a lot of hard lessons. I trade short term, scalping and swing mostly getting singles and doubles (not many home runs). I also like to be flat at the end of the day.

It looks like we are setup for a big move on weekly TF and flat still market shows its hand.

I was a long ish term scalper, so 2 hours holds happened, the issue is, when you trade in the wrong market conditions, the market turns up, you go long 2 pips later it stalls and turns down, if you exit you take a small loss + spread ( spread adds up in scalping ).

If you let it run, it can maybe run quite a bit.

So all going well, then the market just dies so a few hits against okay, then when a big moves comes you don't take it so you miss it, then back to small hits


I spent years trying to solve this issue and gave up this year, shame my scalping system if not for this kicked butt on good days

Sometime I wonder, is it wiser to trade only one pair?

Isn't it better to trade the weakest against the strongest at that specific time?

i think it will depend on how pro the trader is. for me... i can't even manage 1 pair well... but i'm generally only trading aud and euro

i trade h4 and i MUST win/lose something weekly so any pair that gives me signal, will just trade it.

at the same time, i'm playing eurusd small lots intraday
