Let's look at this from a positioning and flow perspective.
1. Right now, the markets (all of them) are net short risk.
2. Tonight and tomorrow we have significant risk events (EU jaw boning)
Do you think that the markets are going to remain short just before such risk event?
I expect some short covering before then.
If we don't get it, then that means that confidence in a resolution is really absent and the Euro is already doomed.
ADD: If price manages to break the 1.3210 support today, [b]then we're all screwed...

"Risk on" momentum has been slowing all week across several pairs on the daily charts and started to show signs of reversals yesterday. I had closed all of the "risk on" bets I was holding since friday and started putting on "risk off positions where I was getting signals.
E$ Several small red Heiken Ashi candles and the SSL fastbar had turned red and we had a close below the Ichimoku cloud yesterday. Price has been unable to close above the down trend line on the daily. On my candlestick charts price is barely even able to make it into the supply zone anymore and has been unable to close above the Bollenger band mean.
I have also redrawn the chanels on this chart.
Placed small shorts in E$ pair last night in both accounts around 1.3390 looking for a test of the demand zone around 1.3220.
I was also thinking that even if we got a hopium pop today or tomorrrow that it would quickly vanish as soon as the truth came out. Thanks Mr. Draghi.

PA missed my sell limit by 2 pips @1.3460, so I slid 1/2 a position on AUDUSD after seeing futures go negative this morning. Caught it 13 pips from top. Well off to the Dentist office for
