Easy there bro. You might be giving out too much information. It's sooo simple. Minutes before the news, prices consolidate...ranges. 5 mins before the news is made public, Cloggie gets the feed and positions himself using exponential lots creating a breakout. Prices takes a breather by reversing(correcting) on the news release to the public. On testing the breakout level of the range, Motion jumps in with my little expo lots and prices move away easily.

For those who have issues with Cloggies trades, trust me, they're not that hard to spot. Here's one...
BTW Cloggie, forgive me for stealing your chart. I just can't help it when I come across a professional one.

there are several cheaper alternatives. see Markit Desktop

seems as I recall it was somewhere around $10k for the year basic, with inevitable add-ons. If you're on a budget there is ala carte type data feeds from IQFeed

The free newsfeeds are only fractionally slower. The Bberg & Reuters products are radically overpriced & are aimed mostly at institutional traders who are awash in my tax money.
