Not sure I am one of the clued in guys, but IMO this is risk on in that banks will find liquidity easier to deal with. As to Euros I see it as neutral. Increased lending will increase the number of Euros in the system which is negative. However, since they were formerly borrowing in USD, the reduced demand for Euros bought with USD is positive for the Euro.

Not seeing them though but from chart seems now only fear real to convert real panic below 3300 & may not announce/rumour work again & again .
lets see ,present target set above 3300 .53 support broken , next 47 reaction & 43 support to confirm .

and i come back. and guess what. 1h did continue. 5m channel is still working.

so every perfect so far.

will update the working chart and post it. will long on a double touch at the lower lip with a tight SL to try to pick a st bottom of a retrace or the break of the channel. the second one is more dangerous as it needs a bigger sl. taking it eaaaaasy.

you get effect without the cost of doing it. the ecb has done this 2 years. in that time what has changed? 2 years later we are we? we are higher then when the banks passed the bs ecb stress test. 1500 pips higher.. facing another (same) crises. Friday the 13th part 8. if not for the fed gambling on the ecb.. things would already be over.
