I'm having a hard time trusting you on this one.

My news feed has been pretty useful and profitable.

More people subscribing to news feeds would substantially reduce the "WTF just happened?" posts here.

If one can show us here with entries, stops and limits over an extended period of time that he can profitably trade these kinda news, i will shut up, i promise.

The thing about it is, I WAS positioned, lol. I figured there would be something negative to offset the earlier positive PR at some point today. Me being the gambler that I am played the odds that It wouldnt happen during that particular half hour. Came out on the wrong side of the odds that time. Are there any news feeds out there that send real time sms alerts to your phone? Ive been using the news feed here (wasnt paying attention to IT either during that half hour) and it seems like the best out there but it just seems to be missing SOMETHING. Maybe if they'd integrate an audible alert everytime new news comes out. THAT would help alot. Or maybe a page refresher that refreshes this site every 30 seconds or so?

Thank you!

My leverages are 1:50 on EUR/USD, and 1:10, 1:12 on stocks, futures and indices. 1:50 is not bad, but I like to try larger leverages, like 1:100, 1:200 later. It's a bit slow to make money with these leverages.

YES, try 1:400 or 1:1000. That is really really fast. 10.000 to zero in less than 10sec.

That has got to be the most ignorant and moronic mentality I have recently seen on here. So let me get this straight, just because you haven't witnessed yourself first hand documented pages on entries, exits from traders trading purely on fundamentals you believe that it is not profitable? Ahahahaa. By your logic you shouldn't believe that there are such things as atoms because you've never seen them first hand through an electron microscope.

I never bother with news feeds. It will probably go back from where it went cookoo but it will take time. Or this may be the indicator of the 'big drop'. Who knows.

Ok, I have missed the move on my way from work. But well, I wouldnt be shorting from these levels anyway and I still hold my shorts, so I am fine.

As you probably see, we bounced from heavy support, which is at my charts marked as 3384 - 3398. This support was holding pretty well after price broke from 3447 - 35 zone two weeks ago. Price was stuck there for 4 hours untill it broke down. I dont see this likely now, as this move was sudden and hopium liquidity is still there, so I expect another move up now. Ranging market, if you prefere.

Ah, sometimes I wish I were scalper, it would be much more fun.

GL all, even to "AntiTom" league. Guys I need you to survive in order to entertrain me. I hope you didnt long. I am flat, waiting for retest of higher levels around 35+ tomorrow to short this nasty lady into oblivion where she belongs.

Bye bye,

T

How does one make a fundamental entry? And what is more, why would you not want to pay attention to some basic technical trading strategies before you jumped into a trade?

I don't want to to trade constantly with that leverage. But I think it's very useful when the trend is certain or some news pushing the price to some direction.
Bear the bull's consequence...
