10 year European sovereign bond spreads are tightening. This is one more bullish signal.

There is nothing quite as exciting as a hopium driven bull when one is looking for a better shorting opportunity on an all but doomed currency.

Isn't this bearish? Money flowing into ultra safe German bonds means it is flowing out of the higher yielding bonds and out of equities.

Of course, that somebody is willing to buy German bonds unlike a couple of weeks ago is bullish... but still

3 trades have taken over 120 pips on eur/usd and 1 trade has secured 58 pips on aud/usd.... very nice indeed.

That's me done for the moment, will sit back and watch now for a few hours....

You see a nice example of the first on Friday, and a nice example of the second on Wednesday.

We are now up 1%... what are your bets? New high or a resistance respected?

I was thinking of how the different threads are like different TV programs. This is a bit like the Discovery Channel + the Daily Show. The EUR/USD is more like Jerry Springer than anything else.
