250 for today so far took a short on aud/usd just there slightly under water but the system never lies .. took a sell at 1.3520 and closed at 1.3470 thought 50 pips would be great on that trade how wrong I was!! I've only being taking 50 pips a trade I should probably follow the exit strategy better as I've left hundreds behind today oh well!

Pretty nice, some good pips also, are you using that system with the 50 EMA?

And now Fitch comes out and denies the Spanish downgrade rumors.

You just have to love this visious rumor / denial whipsaw the last few weeks.

my prediction in eu previous post for resistance was good. 3460s, now at 3480s resistance. not close but daily tf so i hope everyone benefit from this...

yup, basically reversed the big euro buy from the cb swap rate cut the other day. Who bought all those euros when the announcement was made? maybe same as sold em all this morning? dontcha just love forex?

some bank is in total risk of insolvency i bet and also pedro gave me this link on the possibility of the 5 CB;s 'preventing'

a possible lehman redux.

if that does happen, id leverage all shorts

and idnonesia bankng system would cover up to $500,000 per person in a bank

we learnt out erorrs in 1998, and at least i can liquidate earnings


anyoen in europe?

how to liquidate from a bank in EZ if it is gone?

can someone help me understand if in forex u wana withdraw to ur bank btu u cant?

would u like open paypal or liberty reserve?

I think it's sideways from here till Monday.
No weekend position for me today.
Closed short with +70 pips profit.

If the banks go, they take the brokers, PayPal and Liberty with them.

So the question is who is providing the Euro liquidity, do we have some big multinational purchase happening, Some big player just ripping stops (shame on you PT LOL) some sovereign rearranging their holdings or did some massive Euro option trigger at 10 AM NY or...........?

I know about the Spanish downgrade rumors, IMF saying they need more resources if crisis worsens and US republicans opposing Spanish and...
One thing to think about is everybody that thought long was a good idea. They were holding for NFP expecting a bump. Didn't happen and so they started to close out. All the eager bears jumped on at the first sign of weakness. Bulls cautious + bears eager= crash bang boom, 120 pips on the journey south.

What I specifically said was that 1.3544 was the daily high. With an average range of 130 pips, that gave me a nice low of 1.3410.

Euro is even down against the CAD thinking about taking out the flag...

fine by me. i'd guess we ttrack the S&P now in absence of any big dog moves. would not surprise me if S&P ranges up to the close. been a long week tho, i'm sure I don't give a fk anymore, usually how I feel on Fridays.
