There is very little liquidity right now and thus the pair can rise and fall whenever it sees fit, isn't that the fun of Forex.

its showing 3233 coz your broker aint opened...check here for the current live updates xe.com

if your trading is off, how can you buy anything?

the first available price your mt4 will allow you to buy is whatever it is going to be when your 'trading is on'.

lol, nope, you cant. your broker is "closed" for now, so your order will not be processed. and once your broker is "open" you will see the actual price

Oanda.com is only one I know opens on Saturday and Sunday but spreads widen
