The best way to exit in my opinion is to add henki ashi and close at the change in colour, if you entered correctly on a strong movement, this will guide you through the whole wave. If you see HA changes colour but the HA bar is small, you may want to continue holding on to it. Give it a try.

Sorry JJ but i will disappoint you, too much effort for little usefulness (imo). However I do respect you might have a use for it, plotting lower TF data on higher TF always (at least with mt4) results in data loss and is awkward to deal with. i would have to handle the data loss interpolating 3 values into one. you get it - the resolution of the x axis is a bar, not a pixel.. ridiculous, no offense ..try the platform tech forum what the coders say to that (i have no clue).

btw if you only want to see the interaction of M5 BBs and M15 candles, there is a way. just setup a M5 chart, hide the candles, search FF for the 'CustomCandle' indicator and plot M15 candles with it.. but it remains a M5 chart, any other indicator attached to that chart will be M5.

Could someone please help?
My SEFC Indicator is not showing any spikes on the 5Min chart. The other charts seem to be fine. I've tried downloading a fresh SEFC but the problem still persists.

HA - if I applied it now, I would have gotten out 20 mins ago. but JJ's indicator says "stay" so i stayed, and what do you know! i know i'm viewing things too mechanical coz i think the world is mechanical, there will always be rules.

ENTRY: purely eval's EMO, Senti, Extreme
but lindrich's M1 and HMA, in GU and UC

SL: eval's 50 pips (can't afford no SL, seems illogical in a mechanical world)

EXIT: i really think JJ's is very consistent in exiting in M5. as consistent as eval's entries! but still testing, it's only now that i got the whole picture.

so today i entered GU 1.5623 and exited at 1.5556, +67 pips. JJ's strategy says "stay." but i have to go into a meeting now.

EDIT: officially leaving JJ's strategy... far too noisy. my nose is bleeding. re-studying lindrich's system for exit (why did you have to post so little? but i'm glad you posted at eval's thread, only. i suppose you were glad to see that someone else was thinking the way you do)

The last extreme spike on the M5 was yesterday.....it was a topping spike....we're still in a downhill slide so you won't see an extreme spike until we form a temporary bottom....

Well I have an extreme bottom spike on the v2 version.

BUT it has repainted more than 15 times since the last top spike!!!
So chances are high this is still not the real bottom -

I thought you want to modify the cycle indy into histogram sorry!
search the forum for a CCI histogram, the trendline colour is 63-period CCI

I also wanna make sure and say thanks for posting ( a while back) your M1 stuff. I believe it has forwarded the thread(again!) as it makes available a different perspective for shorter term pips/confidence building + account growth and action for the folks who have not mastered yet 'letting the pips come to them', or as a diversification tool( which is what I can see using it for- I'll play with it some this week). Thanks again!
