but take into consideration statistics and volatility
if you calculate standard deviations from a monthly perspective
Bollinger Bands 20,2 on a daily (although offers no predictive value whatsoever as nothing can)
mathematically speaking if you subscribe to the idea of volatility and mean reversion you can clearly see that, it would still be mathematically normal to move up to 1.41 area and still be a bear market
and seeing that 1.3440 held which is at a low but normal price variation, a shift in direction is not quite evident.
yes EUROPE is shitty at the moment, yes we have gone down from 1.50 ot 1.31ish roughly, and europes situation looks more dire by the minute but the market does not move in a straight line, and one can be right and lose money,
anyway i think im ranting now

anyways stupid sun and neptune take effect now.
liquidiation of assets... liquidation of shorts maybe. gold investors pulling earned money, and late ones probbly coverign by shorting the market.

Nobody increased margins. However if you had a gold long to hedge an equity and you got margin called, you would have to liquidate your gold position when you got stopped out on your equity.
At least I will become a demo millionaire
Still, amazing that EUR keeps floating above this whole mess. That is why I was not eager to short until it retraces to at least 1.36 or even higher

Thanks for concern. I locked SL at BE no loss able.
I also placed market execution for same amount as pending at 1.3521.
Both are at BE. I could cut with no loss had they turned based on 1.3605 in profit.
Just trying to leverage this down and add-on. Don't want to miss a drop, but don't want exposure to huge loss.
The higher she goes the better opportunity for a short........JMHO.
I really wanted it to go to 1.4234 area again for a short, but hey make hay while you can.
I enter in 5 min chart for scalps, but will enter small positions to hold at S&R and fibs.
What do I know? In these times this pair can turn on a dime based on behind scene actions of CBs.

. At least until I find by experience sth that stops me to do so, and then I will try to return back to live account.
I think EURUSD is pretty hard to trade since last Wednesday, as it got extremely choppy. But the whole market started changing since Wednesday, it seems everything got from "mixed" to "bearish / risk-off". Or almost everything, jumping cocoa is a special category, I think

Now I'm in a shorting spree. Have to admit that I rode this surge and took a short a 1.3419. Let's see what happens in the next few hours.

hey goldman
nice to see you too, i took a vacation to clear the mind, i had too much on my plate.
sleepless nights on call seeing patients, attending deaths, and changes of conditions, all the paperwork for medicare submission to do at the office.
and trading full time at the same time, at the end there i started to become rigid in my mindset and was to tired to stressed, plus on top of that i was finding myself with too much pressure to perform
as they offered me that big hedge fund manager job
i began to lose objectivity evidence by shrinking ROI before i hurt my bottom line i decided to step away go to vegas for a week and blow several thousands lol having fun
oh vegas and their slutty naked girls lol............
anyway im back on target now.
the market is the best teacher, i will apply my lessons learned, and remain objective, no overconfidence, i can be squashed by her anyday
