According to Bloomberg TV, (which should run non stop on your desk anyway) Spain sold LESS then they wanted, to a HIGHER price then wished for.
so liquidity gets more and more expensive.....

Market widening out as we went into Spanish and French supply and gapped after the weak result in Spain - bond came at market (avg) but with a 75c tail to the lowest price filled. Flows remain very light however and SMP program has not been as active as previous days.

was LESS then expected, so overall interest from other regular Big Bond Buyers/Players decreasing and reflecting in the sale...

going by e/u pa, it seems france result not enough to counter fears over spain...

indeed, we have seen short relief moves up after bond auctions more often than not, and we do not see that in markets today, it is a moderate reaction but for sure more pressure to the downside for the moment.
