Yup, agreed. I took it one step further though. Turn that puppy into a 4H chart and draw a fib retracement from the most recent drop (high to low)... the 61.8% retracement level coincides beautifully with ~1.3655, an area that has proven very important all the way back to about September.

Retest, fail, sell the farm anyone?

I am aware of that but - wouldnīt that be too easy and too obvious to trade ?

Letīs just hope this dream will become reality, shall we?

By the way, what I expect most now is how itīs gonna behave around .3570 (38.2% + SR level of some importance)

+ WS1 (.3540 area, even more important level) stands in the way and if you check last candle, last rally was stopped pretty much to the pip right there...

Added some at 3530(yeah,was impatient), but everything on safe side...
Im still counting on scenario that yesterday low was weekly low, possibly even monthly, poss nice R:R. hope daily will close above 3500, and maybe tommorow i get a nice runner, anyway, stick do the plan if you have it

forgive the poor quality, but this scenario could play out if we rally a bit from here into that 1.3555-1.3575 resistance area

I agree, but i think we would first quickly break that level, and quickly come back, just to take out stops...

much higher than 75 and the wedge wouldn't be valid

Once 1.35750 is hit, keep and extremely tight stop on your profits..once that number is hit price could turn on a dime..DON'T GET GREEDY

Agree ! Good numbers and have sell orders already in place based on probability's of mostlikely Resistance and S/D..Currently eyeballing S&P gap fill play before anymore south..GL!

Eh... I think he has been long enough in this game to know better...I havent had any bad expriences with cloggie, at least me, i know why he call ppl muppets(should i go any further?), but i know what he means by that, when he starts calling ppl muppets. He has my respect, because he made some live assomptions, BEFORE market took place. But, nevertheless, everyone is firing triggers at your own account,so...dont even know what im trying to say, but i feel bored, so i have too cross this thread,which if always fun... anyway im LOOOOOONG and safe, and im wrong until market proves me otherwise

I'm looking for 1.3680, I'm greedy, but I think its going to target 1.3702, and I will get out a head of that, as you can see the fact that 1.3650 is huge s/r doesn't phase me one bit. haha

Those are definitely levels to be watching, yes. In fact, all fib levels should be watched closely for reaction.

Regarding the trade being "too easy"... I'd have to disagree. It's simplistic and beautiful, but you'd be surprised how many traders will over complicate things and get caught up in the action. The inability to see the forest through the trees for most traders never seizes to amaze me.
