I strongly believe we have room for another 50 pips to the downside where support of the downward trend line is around the 1.34000 level.

Interestingly enough, the Italians have paid higher rates than 7% in the past, the reason this time is different is because Italian bond holders are concerned their the next holders of sovereign debt to have a gun put to their head and told to take a voluntary haircut.

As expected yesterday, 1.3435 had been achieved for EUR/USD with openinig of Asian session today. my scenario for today is Bulish and would expect that the pair may reach 1.3685 with US opening session

The number to watch is 34454, we dipped below it once already and it rebounded, if it attempts to break it again and fails to follow through than I would consider a long here for a possible +100 pips (if not greater.)

I'm not even sure if I will re-enter shorts.
Reasons:
1. It might just think going up for next London/New York session so I need proof of further downfall first.
2. I just ordered spicy Chinese food which was delicious but actually soooo spicy that I felt the need to wash it away with a few beers and maybe that's not a good combination for heavy trading.

from the chart pattern that I read , there is possibility EUR/USD will go to 13362 and bounce from there. Because I see a very strong support there.

Lol, I try to keep one thing in mind, since Sunday we've gone 350 pips straight down without any retrace to mention. I wouldn't be surprised if we see 1.3600 or 1.3570 before we see 1.3400

It's got a bit of a channel on the 30 minute going, but will it respect it. Seems it's due but then again have the bears taken enough profits.

doubt it on the move up we didnt retrace down moves being stronger we can see 1.30 before a reaction. Also retailers switched to long so that is even better for bears

Apparently there may have been some market manipulation in Asia which might get undone in Europe trading.

Morning , so break down overnight also , roller coaster towards the target wrote before 2784 perhaps . 5th wave extension continues & limit up now 3491 , 3484 retest ok but not notchord for this correction as it seems before reach next level of importance are 3400 breaks to 3392-61.

Currently things look a bit oversold, German & UK bond auctions today, daily Pivot s1 and Monthly pivots2 holding, will be keeping an eye on those:
