Yes ... I would tend to say 1.3636 - 1.3661 might be capped for now ... only a cross of above that area could give some respite again ...

Otherwise down ... which is more likely ...

CDU delegates meeting in the eastern German city of Leipzig for their annual party congress today backed a motion on the euro that included a clause permitting euro exits without exclusion from the European Union. They rejected an amendment that would have sought to change voting at the European Central Bank so that it is weighted according to economic size.

Very nice clean chart, I was watching similar, i had tl from the low to the left, 3144 which expose the retest which coincide with you suppy zone and mofu, I added the retest

Yeah I am also looking for a retracement to the 366x/377x level. the daily fib has the 38 retracement level @ 3667 there and the Montly Support Pivot level is 3665.
