Monti to form a new government. Now let's start then with throwing away the joke of an austerity bill passed yesterday or else the market is not going to give a sh!t who is in charge over there.

Quite a few auctiones coming up this week that will drive the markets again.

Let's see how much more appetite the ECB has in being the backstop.

Pure tech trading this coming week is a joke, if you are not keeping track of what is going on in equities/FI, go do something else this week.

Price now 3789

Monti's just another goldmanite... Same with Draghi... Sure enough in 2 weeks The Squid has managed to take over the ECB and Italy..

Let's see some more illegal ECB activity in the primary bond markets and the Italian 10yr stabilize in the 5's to send a clear signal to the markets the ECB is committed to zee price stabeeleeteee... Then maybe we can see some follow through on Fridays rally... Anything short of that I think will hurt the Euro and equities markets..

When price may fall below 3650 next the C wave up in impulse should be over & next if want up as C and previous then to call a , bull to try again from bear the base , important levels of interest at that time 3576 & 3533 rather than 3600 again , being even a round number not that much important level next .to me .

Cheers for explaining, still trying to understand as I look at S/R and have not yet learnt waves.

Is it correct that we are currently in corrective wave 4, and within 4 wave A finishes at 3650, and if we go below that point that means wave C is over?

Wrong count. Just stick to the s/r if you're already comfortable. Looks to me like you're over complicating things with waves.

if it is a 5-wave, 3 cannot be the shortest compare to 1 and 5. 3 is already shorter than 1 and in order to make this 5 waves valid then 5 needs to be completed today but it seems unlikely.

Thanks for all the advice guys, I've put my account at risk by not having a more sensible SL. I wasn't monitoring the situation as I've been between many medical consultations but I cannot afford to cut my losses and therefore will try to ride out the wave. Yeah, it'll lock up my capital and will incur fees but it's still better than letting go my current losses.

Many thanks for your reponses, happy trading.

I'm sure you'll get through it. 1.3870 is key, watch that level as it shouldn't break to the north there.
