I too am tired of getting beaten to death on the 5 min chart. I would love to see your indicators/template that you are using with your settings on the 1 hour chart.

I have to agree with you with respect to the Symphonie System. In my almost 9 years of trading, this is the best system I have come across either free or commercial. Most would appreciate the effort that Eval has put into this system. All the analysis, all the time posted in to get traders involved and to help them make money in this difficult business. That is dedication to trading.

Hello,

Just a small question: I only see a case of 3 bars that all is inline (A, B, C/D), because only C or D can appear at a time. Why does Evaluator says that it's "4"? Or they're: Trendline, price candle, Emotion, Sentiment?

I missed the climb during USA time because I went to bed.......hope you all caught some of it....or even all of it!

This is the H4 chart that is still showing our channel that broke out a couple of days ago......see where this recent climb got stopped? Right at the bottom of the channel, almost to the pip. What will happen next?......who knows.....next week we shall see whether that previous support turned resistance is strong or not. Have a great weekend.

I find it an easy to use indikator for giving direction on which trades of the Symphonie System that tend to provide you with the better results from a Symphonie Signal.

Basically, you load the indikator into your existing chart and it will have 4 rows coloured blue or red. I use just the top row for direction but when they all align with...

So the first row refers to H1, right?

My gut feeling is that we will bounce down again, just because of the rejection tail on that candle that I circled. But 'gut feelings' are no better than guesses.......and I'm not here to guess at the market.....lol.

Depends of the settings. Usually you adjust the first row to the actual timeframe and the others to the 3 next timeframes. So on 5 minutes, first row would be set at 5, second at 15 etc...
Of course you can set as you wish.

Yes, this is obvious. But I would like to know what timeframe Eval refer to. For example, in M5, Heikien Ashi first row should be set to 5?

I ask this because with Eval's settings, the first row on M5 is H1, not M5.

Eval probably upload the indicator with the original settings. If I remember well, he says that is settings are adjust at 5, 15, 30 and 60 in the same post that the indicator is.

Yes, this is true...and is this my misunderstanding...If I insert 5 - 15 - 30 - 60 in the indicator's setting, my first row is H1

The first row is 5 minutes.

5 years as trader and scalping on M1 chart is my strong point..

Using Backtester tested on EURUSD and AUDUSD using template and indi from post 1 on working chart Period M1 using Monday to Friday data this week trade Lot 1.0 and some screw up 1.5 lots..
Hard SL 30 pips.. Close and open trade upon next signal.. Hit SL 2 times due trade against signal and Ausie bar missing about 3 hrs..
Few trade closed early due to late to move my hard TP..
Sometimes early entry and exit as per my scalping skills..

Well for me this trading system is good but i have to 'evaluate' more ..

P.S : No one can live trade like that.. 24/5 without sleep staring at the chart.. That's why it is too good to be true..

may be if we can create an alert indicator which gives a loud thunder when all 4 Indicators start to march in unison, that would wake the crap out of our sleep for whats worth
may b it will work for the busy guys

Hey Raymie, Nice results congratulations ! What software you were using for your backtesting ? Was it Strategy Tester of MT4 ? If yes, what was the EA ? I usually use Forex Tester 2, but I can't load the Symphonie indicators on it. Thanks in advance for your answer!
