We're getting there people.

In about 30 minutes, NY will open in positive territory.

That's the fire. Now let's add some fuel.

Today the Italian senate approved the austerity & stimulus bill.
Therefore it is now free to pass the lower house and Bunga Bunga Berluscomi will be gone before Monday.

Greece is swearing in their new G-Pap today

There you go... just enough fuel to get us to the 1.37xx zone on the Euro before the focus turns to the underlying economic weakness of the EuroZone.

My sell limit order is still at 1.3710 and I want it to trigger before any possible sell-off before Europe market close.

There is one big difference. The people of Italy and Greece will not be able to choose, that option is only viable if they exit the Eurozone

At the referendum in March 2010 93% of citizens voted "do not refund debts"
They ignored the advice to privatize the main resources and stayed sovereignty (small but very proud hedgehogg ).

Right now that is just fantasy but there is a motion to change that. If the motion is passed, a EuroZone member will be able to voluntarily leave the EuroZone. The motion is still in its draft so many things can change in it from now till when it is passed... if it is passed at all. We'll see.

Since the banks have more research and knowledge most of the time they usually set the real direction for that day. Another way to put it is if you see it as buying and selling their orders which moves the markets short term with more power than the retail trader's following the charts among other things. You can say they are better informed and they are doing their business among the little fish.

Yes I'm well aware that you can't leave the Euro zone. What I meant is that Iceland has its own currency and the people could take decisions about how to handle things that effects the currency. The rest of the EZ won't let the people of the PIIGS decide that. Just look at the German and French reaction to the referendum in Greece. Pap is out (or in).

I've personally divided them times into three (most important to me)
This is my market cycle explanation:

Institutional traders work from a certain market open till its close. As they are the ones moving the markets (due to the big amounts of money they trade), if the session has been bullish, at its close it might reverse due to institutional traders taking profits and vice versa. When there are trending days, the market cycle doesn't work because the traders are not taking profits, because of high (mad) risk aversion - appetite sentiments.

It's really hard to understand... at least, for me it was.. then I limited myself and found that there are 3 major reversal times, one is the overnight one (got three phases), from 01:00 am to 02:00 am EST fake reversal (Asian traders taking profits, most of the move can be exactly perceived at 02:00 EST), from 02:00 to 03:15 the breakout in the direction of the Asian session trend, and at 03:15 London open, smart money jumping in the market and pushing the pair on the way it should go.

Other is the US reversal time... I love this one... It occurs at 09:30 am EST and holds the sentiment until 11:30 am EST (London close) - I made good profits from a EURJPY trade. Here's the post:

If you also watch carefully I have a time indicator for the Asian session. Yeap those vertical lines... When they finish, price starts coming down like a bitch... That's counter trending right? That’s the London Open, price was going up, London opened and price started coming down… This is when Smart money starts jumping in the right fundamental trend.

And last but not least, we got the London close at 11:30 am EST. I love this one too, this is the time Henry Liu trades at his Trade room.

No problemento - I put my Stop at 1.3730 around $50 Billion - So your 1.3720 will be triggered mate
