Interesting picture of Euro. This is where macro might be helpful for those who are confused by all the volatility.

Edit: Ok that was kinda a joke, but I expect sellof even today. The question is, when the sellof starts. 3666? 3689? 37? I dont know and am adding shorts.

I believe there will be a very light sell-off if any. Probably will be just before Europe close. NY will probably not bring much action as the big boys with deep pockets are busy saluting their retired soldiers. Mind you if you remember what happened the last time US banks were closed with low market volume, we may see a nice drive up before any sell-offs.

Also note that today the Italian senate is supposed to be voting on the 2012 austerity and stimulus budget. It is expected to pass. Once passed, sometime this weekend, the lower house will vote on it... maybe on Sunday. Not sure yet.

I still have my sell limit at 1.3710 but I may move it as price and charts dictate.

11th of July daily close was my sign of finished second midcycle of major cycle starting at 6.6.2010. Now we are in the third, destructive part . At least according to mumbo jumbo cycles.

Those dojis on h4 chart really look like PA knows where to go.

Edit: Btw guys, I know I will sound a bit cocky, but I have told you about 3666 several times and it proved as very good ressistance.

Since Mid April. I expected 1.4650 to be the high and I opened a huge short position. Damn sucker did a final push to 1.4939 and I was underwater two whole weeks. My mental stop was 1.50. Phew!
When the drop came in may, I celebrated hard

I spend my days going through hundred of old five minute charts. I do it two ways. First, I look at the chart and identify good entrances and exits. Then I simulate live trading by uncovering the chart bar-by-bar, making entry and exit decision when certain set ups show up.

My trading has changed dramatically since I started doing this.

That is a great way to learn indeed. I dont have time for it though, as I work all day and as soon as I come home I count like moron untill midnight to catch up with market. Or read Goebbels so I can manipulate people around me even more .
