By debasing USD, they will have to pay less for their national debt, because they will pay same amount but with worthless money.

Point is, this system works only as long as nation is able to produce enough gdp to wipe out inflation costs of consumers. Which aint happening.

Edit: Ah I get it, sry. I was still on the disagree line and didnt see your point. And thought for a while you made a mistake . Fiscal stimuls + inflation. Well, thats classic.

Exactly. That is why I said it only works in the short term. Now enough is enough. It is time for fiscal policy to take over and do something. OhBummer has to go. He is a great man but a lousy leader.

In my opinion, print more money to solve the short term is worse because we'll pay the price later but I guess if the policy maker ain't around anymore then that's not exactly their problems. The thing is, if you introduce a radical fiscal policy then it's not going to fly either so it's a catch-22 situation.

Hmm, seems they are. And they have a good reasons for correction. Bullish scalping could be good way today. Not for me though, I am ultimate bear untill we hit the bottom.

That's fine if you actually take profit at +15 but some bears today seem to be setting at BE. So that is why I made that statement

We have just left the zone and are currently heading to 3666. My shorts are diving right now and I broke my rules because I just dont believe bulls will make it. So my total account exposure could now reach 2% if my SL at 369 gets hit. RR is at 1/5.

I dont like that, but, well, you aint going to make it bulls!

My first target - the 38% retrace on the 15m chart that I posted earlier - was hit whilst I was out and so I missed the beautiful opportunity to buy the 50% pull back to the **56 area......but I did get in on the nice little retest of the 00 level.

Now looking at the 50% off the 15m = T1 fib ext on this 5m chart, but the old 3650 area has to be broken first....a run up into the USA data would do nicely

No I cant, coz I dont have my notes here and I see only lines. But I have noted 36894 as a support. Zone 36664 - 36894 worked wonders during whole this peak.

I think it is something like week 40 high, or something like that. Check yer weekly candles, I dont have weekly here.
