Italy managed to sell the full €5 Billion 12 month bonds with a 1.99 bid to cover ratio (not that great) at 6.087% (not bad considering yesterday's yield)

so far market reaction is okay. No acceleration or reversal. Stable and calm.

You sure have some balls to scalp in this condition. I made some losses by scalping already, I guess I'm ill suited to scalping. Back to swing trade I guess.

I'm looking at 1.367 and 1.372 level. Nothing's sure until NY open.

Well I've been buying this all up, I'm expecting to range through the end of the year, figure we can get enough headlines out of Europe and with US markets down again after yesterdays close for the year, you know those stock are looking super cheap to the money managers who need to show a 3 to 5% return for the year to get those big end of the year bonuses, they'll be buying and bringing the Euro up with it. Of course, I reserve to the right to change my opinion at anytime and be completely wrong with my analysis. lol

Don't fight the flow. Going long on key pullbacks works fine for this leg up. Wait until there is a clear reversal of sentiment. Then reverse direction.

A clear reversal only comes around after you have at a minimum a broken trendline, a double top and a clear reversal bar on the five minutes. If you don't have all three... forget it.

Also pay special attention to the key resistances.

Edit: Gopher Pips does some really quality scalping. Pay attention when he posts.

I really appreciate your in depth coverage of the Europe debt situation. I get the reports from this website everyday in my email. The analysis is superior to anything on CNBC.
