Eurozone has no plans for financial rescue of Italy

Hello.

I've been watching the Oanda open position ratio come in dramatically today from net short to almost equal. A move towards net long would be a contrarian sell signal.

Perhaps both buyer and seller commit to short now - as they are sick with this range and has found a "short agreement" together - Lets finish this crap now

This is significant because if it goes down from here, the next stop is 1.3380

Should we expect some minor support at 1.3550 I'm afraid to take a shot at such a low price but then again I thought we had a retracement but ended up losing 25 pips.. maybe I should just wait for the close

Dont too depend on Indicators - Just noticed a good support and resistance might be help

It's anyones best guess at this point.

But one thing you do know, any money manager who is long this pair has a big upset stomache and will not sleep well tonite.

There is really nothing coming out of Europe to suggest they have
1) any idea how to make Italy whole
2) the resources to act
3) the desire to maintain the Euro at the current exchange rate.
4) no one really believes in this move as Bears have been thwarted so many times in the past.

I'm not but I didn't think the onslaught would last all day! Not once have we corrected I'm just uncertain of the immediate trends strength dont wanna get caught out with a short then the market corrects..

Number 4 is what I'm thinking but a close below 1.35 only paves the way for one thing and thats pure bear control!

Take it easy 1 -2 -3 - as long you protected with SL even loss - For me you are still winner

Surely did mindset otherwise I'd have a monster floating loss a sick stomach and forehead covered in sweat! Just taking it handy now watching all of this unfold so I can plan my next entry!

I was away at a meeting for work but came back to see it dropped further so I just longed it at 1.3547. Keeping my fingers crossed, everything looks oversold right now.

Hmm I'm gonna sit on the fence with this one you either got in at a perfect point to long or else you'll get caught like me! I'm gonna wait for a crossover which look like it'll happen about 1.3660.. Also just remembered last time we saw huge selling like this Dow was down 2% next it ended up 2%.. Could be a lot of short covering at the end of the session you could be on to a winner
