4H Break - When Daily not clear - I am using 4H - No more No Less - but my Daily has form the small wave now - thats mean the right shoulder might be form and the down will continues resume especially break 1.36005

Remember that there are now many beaten down stocks in the US equity markets. They might be seen by fund managers as a huge bargain.
Never underestimate the trigger happy fund managers who are desperate to buy up beaten down stocks just so they can tell their bosses that they did their job... they took risk.

The European markets, however, are a different story.

9:30am EST will tell the story.

Until then, I am not inclined to short this pair yet.

That is the mystery question. What will the Americans think after coffee and the brits after lunch. Anyway, dow futures are down by 2%.

I hate living in Australia, miss out on all the fun with the London and NY sessions. Trade safe guys I'm going to catch some shut eyes.

All you need is a few good trades and you can use the money to move to London where you can trade both sessions without losing any sleep

I'm getting the same.. US open usually goes agains early london. And since we have bernanke talking... I would not be surprised to see thes supply zone again (if he says anything about QE3)

However, regardless of what the SP500 does, if the Euro breaks and holds below 1.36, all bets are off.

PipTrapper and other experienced trader's on this extremely knowledgeable thread understand what is going on.

I am sharing a word of caution here for all traders experienced and less experienced.

We are now in a Lehman type moment as we had in September 2008 as the EUR/USD had it's all time HIGH just over 1.6000

By the end of November 2008 it was around 1.2500

This time it is MUCH different as we have GAME CHANGING events not only in Europe. The USA has just as serious problems. We are in a race to the bottom in all fiat currencies.

The Powers That Be including the FED and ECB are fighting for their future profits over the 99% and then there is the emerging nations or the BRIC with China having the Hammer.

Add in the Middle East and the new unstable elements such as Egypt and now Iran and Israel then just be careful.

You will have many chances to make good profits. Anything can happen and no assumptions should be made during the month of November. The focus will move to the USA soon and observation of how each Country fights for it's own interests while pretending to cooperate will determine the value of the various asset classes and WE will have INTERVENTIONS.

Any feedback is welcome.

Move to Italy or Greece. The women are prettier, the landscape is nicer, the weather is better and the rent is a lot cheaper.
