I still cant work out if the Greek PM was a genius or mad yesterday.

He started out with a 152/148 vote along party lines to agree the deal and his leadership...with a rumoured 6-12 dissenters in his own ranks.

He has ended up with potentially getting the opposition to vote with him....and have the deal sweetened by the Germans and the Frenchies.....and the cost 200 pip swing on the currency markets and a couple of French banks running scared.

Seems like if he pulls this off it was either brilliant bumbling or staggering politics...I guess todays Greek parliment will tell us.

why do the markets move in sidelines during asian hours most of the time... i really hate to see slow moving markets like these

Get used to it. You might get 2 days a week when the asia session will give you some good moves. Yesterday it was good. After a good session the next is usually like this....range....but range can be good sell the highs and buy the lows of the range and get what you can.

I generally agree with this. The Asian session is typically like watching grass grow for the most part. Formations that might produce big moves during the European hours don't cause more than a couple ripples this time of night.

Added one more at 1.3790 bringing my average down to 1.3800. I will add 3 more lots if we reach 1.3780 and then I will hold until 1.3920.

i would look out for this 2 points (see arrow) , i enter after i see a spike through these points and very tight SL.

can anyone please teach me how to make at least 100 pips instead of 5 pips and got stopped out all the time?


i am so sick of being stopped out.... i have never ever made more than 30 pips in any single trade......

i think it's not a good strategy when my average SL is 15 pips and average win is 20 pips... and the worst is that my winning rate is only 30%!!!!
